Client Evaluation

We get to know our clients and their families through in-home visits in order to understand the clients’ needs and wishes as well as their interests and hobbies.

For clients who are currently under medical care, we work closely with the healthcare providers throughout the assessment process to assure that the modifications we propose not only address their immediate needs but also consider how those needs will evolve over time.

For clients who are currently in good health, our assessment process and universal design methodology enable us to perform beautiful, home value enhancing modifications that address the typical issues all of us face as we age.

After completing the assessment, we produce a client-specific report detailing our recommendations for home modifications and other considerations for improved safety and independent living. The report also contains a Work Proposal which is a detailed description of the work to be performed, project notes, cost estimates, available options and floor plan drawings.

As a result of our focus on this market, we understand that our clients may have heightened sensitivities to and we take special precautions regarding matters such as dust control, odors, noise levels and completing our work in a time frame consistent with our client’s needs.
